BBF Limited interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. I was told the first interview will be introduction and overview of my experience. It was a quite a mechanical interview and I was not even asked for an introduction or overview of my experience rather some pre-selected areas of my cv were discussed which were not even so relevant to the job itself. My interviewer seemed to be in a rush to attend another meeting. The interview itself was not very well structured as neither it asked about ant technical questions relevant to the role neither it was competency based. I asked a few questions about the role but it seemed there was not much clarity in the role itself. The interviewer was not very friendly and seldom made any eye contact. I was not offered the role and the feedback provided was also quite vague. I have been in interviews with different organizations and i believe the interview experience can be improved a lot with someone from HR assisting and training people.
