I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BC Ferries (Victoria, BC) in Jul 2017

Interview

initial screening was a phone interview at which a few candidates were selected for the next round. The second interview was in person conducted on campus at UVic. The interview was based on both character to evaluate if the candidate is the right fit as well as skill set.
