I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BC Housing (Burnaby, BC). Three hour orientation & test session. Orientation is about the company and the position and it was very thorough. Very motivating too. Testing was basic math, excel, verbal and written business English, numbers recognition, typing, Also asked to do a mock phone call. It was a mock application process for housing program.

It was an informative interview and then a 10 mins timed test. The interview was about the role and challenges on the job, and the test was a voice recording of a voicemail and how we could quickly summarize the information—two calls - 5 mins each, to summarize all the numbers, names, and message content. It was a group interview.
