Your resume is reviewed initially and if you are selected you are contacted by a recruiter to set up a time for a telephone interview. After you are interviewed over the telephone, you receive an email notifying you of success or failure approx. 2 weeks later. If you are successful, you apparently have to pass a written assessment stage and an in-person interview.
