Had an in-person interview at my university which seemed to go well and was told I would get an update the next day because the second round was the next week. I never got a response, not even a rejection, after following up twice.

Interview
After a phone interview, and a one on one in person interview I was invited to their Super-day in Franklin Lakes. Their headquarters was impressive. I interviewed with two people, both their personalities were very dry, but overall the Super-day went well. Unfortunately, BD left a bad impression in my mind. After making it far through the interview process, and sending the recruiters several emails asking about my standing for the position they never got back to me. They should have at least had the decency to tell me I did not get the position.
Hirevue and then two rounds of interviews. All pretty much behavioral style questions. Not very difficult. First interview was with current FLDP's and second one was with managers. Overall a pretty good experience
