Interview process went smooth for 1st 4 stages. From final interview stage to an update on feedback on that stage required me reaching out multiple times to the recruiter requesitng an update over a 4 week period where I was left in limbo. I was told at 3rd stage that feedback was excellent. The feedback from final stage took 4 weeks to get back having chased multiple times with different excuses on the delay every time. The feedback received then completely contradicted that at 3rd stage. I did send emails to follow thanking the hiring managers for their time and got no response also. In summary it was a very dissapointing experience from the final stage on. Having invested huge time into preparing, being left hanging like this for so long, no contact from hiring managers and contradictory feedback it unfortunately was a negative experience.
