The company has a very conservative culture. Speaking to current managers and executives, one gets the feeling that there is a lot of layers within the organization. Also, it is hard to grow within the same office, as people hang in there for a long time. Unless one is open to relocation and overseas stint, it would be tough to get promotion and growth in the company.
