Interview
First received a call from an HR representative to ask about conducting a pre-screen with the Engineering manager and an associate from the R&D department. After passing the pre-screen, an interview was scheduled on campus with the two associates. Very relaxed environment, asked me to rate on a scale of 1-10 where my skills in a few areas of CAD were.

Can you work without needing supervision for long periods of time?
I had an interview with the lead R&D engineer when the interview was supposed to be a screening. It was very conversational and not too rigid. Questions were fairly standard.
30 min long interview, primarily behavioral with going over resume and some technical gaging of my experience. It was a positive experience and got to ask questions I had at the end.

Interview
Standard recording interview followed by a group interview. Third stage interview is much more technical and on-on-one style. First interview asks standard "what do you know about the company," and why you feel you would be a good fit based on your experience.
