I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BD
Interview
Interview process was straightforward, 3 Interviews. 1. an initial phone screening for interest and skill set. 2. Team meeting with the hiring manager. 3. Panel Interview. Overall, the process was extremely straightforward. However, I have to say that I'm disappointed by the fact that a SENIOR LEVEL ENGINEER did not know about the company's nationwide recall of a product because it was not apart of their specific market segment. This speaks levels to me despite not getting an offer as it demonstrates a lack of tact and care from upper management that is doing a majority of the hiring for a role in a state that they were not even stationed in.
