Interview
The interview process was like most interviews. I interviewed with three individuals. The production manager, plant manager and HR manager. They asked me about my resume, then proceeded to a few star questions. After the interview the production manager gave me a tour of the facility. The entire process was about an hour.

Interview
Very standard phone interview questions about your background. HR manager was quite snarky and even told me at one point even though I had years of production experience he's unsure if having no medical supply experience would make me an ideal candidate. Sounded like he'd had his mind made up before the interview. Sent a typical thank you email and follow up with no response even the standard "thank you for applying but we've decided to go with another candidate." I've had no response either way and had the phone interview 3 1/2 weeks ago.
