Interview
It was an Informal interview, conducted one on one. I was asked standard questions on self introduction, and there were some situational questions pertaining to teamwork and attitude towards overtime. There was also some sharing of what the job would be like, why people chose to stay (benefits) and common reasons why people left. It was a pleasant experience overall.
The interview process was great. The environment was calming and the interviewers made the interviewing process easy and comfortable. Even though a lot of questions asked during the interview. The interview process went on for about an hour.

Applied online through GradAustralia and then was offered the opportunity for an online interview. Consisted of 5 questions. Mostly behavioural based. You get the question and then two chances of a recording for submission. Basic interview and behavioural based questions.
