1 - The Recruiter found my profile in a job board (indeed/monster) and call me with few questions. In the same call, invited me for a in person interview.
2 - The in person interview, a technical manager conducted the interview and all time used a pre-defined technical questions list and google for new ones in a laptop. 80% of questions did not make sense, because they are focused in features and refined details in BI tools that is not so relevant for develop a BI project.
My feeling is: He is looking for someone that has answers in the top of head. Really doesn't look for experienced professionals OR he already choose the candidate for this position and just want to get rid of me quickly.
