The interview process is quick with the usual basic questions you're asked right out of college. My interview specifically was awkward as the person interviewing me seemed to not be comfortable around women. I left the interview feeling a little confused and uncomfortable but got the job the next morning.

An HR representative had a short interview over the phone and then was invited to an in-office interview. The in-office interview was multi-faceted as we interacted with current staff and managers and included lunch.
