BDO Pakistan hiring system is 90% reference based , you must have reference atleast of an audit trainee who already works there or You must be atleast CA(Intermediate) than they will consider you , there will be only one interview and you will get notified within 3-4 days

Leases and Deffered Taxation, Revenue Recognition criteria other basic IAS
Also some basic question about Audit , Audit opinion, Assertions, inventory count
company law , special resolution , directors , meetings ,associate and subsidiary
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
