An essay writing, with about 3 topics to let you choose from. So the earlier you reach, the more time you have to write the essay. Then, followed by a group interview with around 10 candidates. Overall it was a great experience and everyone had the chance to speak.

Interview
This is a group interview assessing candidate's language ability. We were required to have a group discussion in trilingual language, including English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Overall, this interview process was quite smooth.
Quick and efficient, give you offer in a few days. Intern recruiting process is fast and just 1 round of interview. But the salary is low. Interview is quite easy, only meeting the HR.
