Assessment centre, individual case study with presentation and then group case study with presentation. Limited time to do work so have to be very quick. very small groups for the group work.

Case study on different factors that can affect the company
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at BDO in Nov 2023
Interview
The candidates were required to submit their initial application online and complete the initial online test with video recording answers. Then candidates would be invited to the Assessment Centre stage where normally 12 people were put into groups to do a series of exercises. Finally successful candidates would go into the office and do an interview with partners of the department.
