As simple as a video interview answering 3 different questions. Very similar to the industry standard amongst other companies, after this you progress to an assessment centre. Then you can receive an offer.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
