BDev Ventures interview questions

Hours of online assessments on a rotating Ferris wheel of role matching. A phone screen. A “cultural fit” interview with more completely irrelevant questions to venture capital. Zero questions about myself, why the company, or anything investment related.

The process was easy, but long. Had meetings with different people and departments, and had to take assessments without being informed before. The first meeting was with the HR Recruiter. After that with someone from the board director, and also one with the manager from the role. After all of them, still one with the technical team with questions of logic. To finalize, a meeting with someone from HR to discuss salary and the job offer.
