Phone interview and an a face to face interview was conducted. The process was fairly smooth. First interview was with Team leader where there were skill based and behavioral questions.

Interview then showing around the company and other things like how all the different machines work and how the meat is processed. And they ask slot of questions just to make sure that we understand the process of how everything works and how it’s gonna be laid out everyday

Interview
Phone screen and interview took place followed by a site walk which was good to see how the place operated before finalising the role. I then did a few background checks and a fitness for work test before being offered the position within a week.
