Three interviews, not your typical questions. First round is get to know you. Second round is how you’d act in certain situations. Final round is get to know the branch manager.

What was a difficult task you had to overcome with your previous employer? What is something you need to improve on?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BECI (Brussels) in Feb 2010
Interview
The interview was with the director of the department, very nice guy. First we had some email contact to plan a 1 to 1 meeting. The questions were to review my CV and my past experience to see if I could fit in the organization.
Advise for candidate: be dressed in a very professional way and stay very analytical when answering the questions. Be natural and say the truth.
