Interview
There were two rounds of interviews for me: the first one was through HireVue and the second (and final) one was with employees from Burlington. The second round consisted of behavioral and scenario interviews.

Unfortunately, it has been over a year since I interviewed with Burlington, and I cannot recall specific questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BEST Life (Irvine, CA) in Dec 2010
Interview
Received call from HR Manager who asked questions designed to see if I would fit in with their culture. My qualifications meet or exceed their needs and she indicated I would hear from the CFO the following week. Didn't hear anything so sent an Email; no response. Called and left message; no response. Found position reposted a few weeks later with a lower title (Finance Manager) at same rate of pay.
Apparently they don't realize that responsibilities drive the title and pay, not the other way around. Very friendly HR Manager but unprofessional way of handling their search. Once they perform the first interview, courtesy dictates a status update.
Disappointing outcome as it seems like a good place to be, even at the lower rate of pay.
