Interview
This is a two or three step process. You will meet someone from your potential team and as a final clincher, the CEO. Fit is an important part of the interview process, as this is a small company and company culture is high on the list of compatibility questions. Depending on the show or belt, you will be asked questions about your interests and maybe your personality - big picture versus detailed, etc. Be clear what you can contribute, not just what you will get out of the experience.
