Interview
When you arrive, they register you on their system and take a photo of you.
The same person then takes you to the interview room and asked some general questions – when will you graduate, what was your favourite subject and how will you deal with being away on site.
Then there's 3-4 STAR type questions.
1. Something to do with working in a group, when have you encountered a difficult person?
2. Group related again, name a time when something went wrong/changed while working in a team
3. Can't remember the third
4. Name a time you made a difference to a safety related issue.

Interview
You do an online assesment, then you do an virtual video assesment where you can record different answers then you get invited to the real online assesment with two assesors

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult situation
Apply online and they will send a online interview invitation. After the video interview there are three small games to play. There will be AI generated performance evaluation immediately after The process.
The online application process includes steps like:
submit cv on the official website,
complete online assessment (record videos and play games),
phone screening and engagement centre/interviews afterwards.
They no longer allow submitting a cover letter now.
