Interview
Pre-interview requested through their online portal. Pre-interview consisted of 6 behavioral questions to answer with extemporaneous recordings. Then 3 timed, reasoning/IQ games of multiple rounds with increasing difficulty each round. You are offered breaks between questions/games as well as prep time right before answering.

Introduce yourself in 3-minutes. 1-min responses: ¬ Describe a time you had to make a quick decision with limited information. ¬ Describe a time you had to choose a work commitment over another type of commitment. How did you handle it? ¬ Describe a time you had to overcome a challenge with other people. How did you approach it? ¬ Describe a time you learned a new skill. How did you approach it? ¬ Describe a time you built a relationship with a senior colleague or client. How did you approach it? Games: ¬ Identify the shapes with the same configuration. ¬ Select the combination of numbers that will result in a requested solution based on a given arithmetical operation (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide). ¬ Identify the unique shape within the group.
