El proceso tiene una primera fase en la que te tienes grabar en video respondiendo a diversas preguntas sobre ti y tu experiencia laboral. Te puede tocaar responder en inglés o español, dependiendo del cargo al que postules. A mi me tocó esta fase en inglés.
Después viene una fase de entrevistas con jefaturas del área.

Preguntan sobre ti y tu experiencia laboral, a través de preguntas sobre diversas situaciones que hayas experimentado.
3 rounds of interviews with manager, had to send CV and cover letter before hand. Interviews were decent, but didn't receive any feedback after either if got the role or not so quite disappointed
One of the first steps in the overall interview process is a general HR video call where a third-party company asks you questions via a pre-recorded tool and films you responding. I told BHP I wasn't comfortable with undertaking this and progressed to the next round/stage regardless suggesting this step isn't mandatory.
