It was a very good process. Before getting into the interview, I had to do a phone interview asking me about my qualifications. Then I had the in-person interview about two weeks later. Once I got offered a job, I had to do an IQ test, which was 50 questions in 30 minutes. I wish this had been expressed to be during the interview process, as it was yet a surprise after being hired.

There was a battery of tests. It took 3-4 weeks to get hired. The had you take a personality test in a certain amount of time. You're told no one finishes it so just relax and do your best. Once the test was finished it was never spoken of again. I never understood why they gave the test in the first place.
