      LAM Master Mechanic Interview

      20 Mar 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Milford, CT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BIC (Milford, CT) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Very layback, and friendly. I was required to take a mechanics standardized test, called the Minimizer. The test was set up so that the company can gage a persons mechanical aptitude. The test is definitely NOT hard. Specially if you have any mechanical common sense. But it is also, not for someone who has never held a tool in their hands. Very neat!
