Interview
Spoke with Sale Manager over the phone, meet for lunch when over the benefits. I looked over what the benefits & salary that they first offered. I countered with what I wanted. Took about 1 day, they came back with what I wanted and increased my car allowance and gas. I accepted the position the next day.

Was recommended by a Representative from another company. They wanted me for my knowledge and sales capabilities. No questions were asked, they knew what they wanted.
