The 1st interviewer was the guy who contacted me through LinkedIn, he seemed unprepared for the interview. He started giving basic information about the company that I knew just from what’s on the internet and their LinkedIn feed(ie when it started). He asked how much I was expecting hourly and after I said my range he said that was in range of what they were offering but didn’t say a number. Then he asked if I had any questions, I asked questions about the position (since he didn’t mention any information about it in the intro). He kinda knew the work schedule but all the other questions he said the “hiring manager” would know more. Then he goes, “I guess we’ll go over your resume, tell me about…”. After we discuss my resume he asked me what ACH was and if I used it in my previous position. He then asks if I had any more questions, I asked how does the follow process go. It was over in 20min. If I had known I had to carry the interview I would’ve practiced that and not why I want to work here, my strengths/weakness, or how I handle pressure, etc. I’ve never been in an interview like that before. Normally there’s some kind of back and forth but it was like he either was listening or didn’t feel like talking.
