Long winded and twisting paths......a bmc interview story
One day an account manager with a long and successful path embarked on a 7 interview process conducted with tactics that were extinguished years ago, along with cassette tapes and poll tax.
you'll meet a number of people while not being impressed by any (but still interrogated almost to the point of rudeness). You'll be insulted (as they want to see how you react). You'll have to completed the merry champion dance and make sure you've spoken to everyone physically possible to prove you can get to the money.
Don't forget to pass the psychometric test that is incorrectly analysed and done so by an internal recruiter that has no psychological studying background.
You'll then have to do a final presentation which could be weeks apart from your previous stage.
The time needed to interview is almost unreasonable as you have to impact your current place of work so much that it's hard to get the time for the next stage.
If you take a call on a train they question your dedication to them. If you can't make the day they want then the same is asked.
