Behaviour questions with questions based on the resume. There are some situational questions regarding how one would react to customer complaints and ways to promote retail banking products.
There are total of two rounds, one being online interview with HR and another one with the ABM in the desired branch
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
