Got the interview from resume pick, no online tests before that. First round is with an analyst in a quant team. They gave pretty standard behavioral questions, and reacted actively to your answer.

It’s a three-round interview: the first round is with HR, and the second and third rounds are fully technical interviews focused on quantitative skills, modeling, and problem-solving. They were nice, and the questions were almost fair for a quant position.
