i first got a call from HR for a phone interview, than a week later for in branch interview, followed by two weeks of back ground check, then finally got the offer.

I had meeting with the branch manager, it was a very chill environment, manager asked for resume, we mostly discuss willingness to travel and some customer relation questions. she did not ask for previous experience.

asked if I owned a car to travel and where I lived.
casual one to one talk on work style etc. But the interviewer was requiring a lot of time commitment but was hard for me as a student to meet expectation.
