First step is a 15 min phone interview with HR representative asking basic interview questions
The second step is a 1 on 1 interview with managers. This will be focuses on getting to know about your sales and customer service experience.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
