I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Edmonton, AB) in Apr 2016
Interview
I got an email from the professional support manager one day after my phone interview to arrange a department interview. There were two people interviewing me, the manager from Edmonton and another higher level manager from Calgary (using video), the whole process was very friendly. It took a bit over 1 hour and I really enjoyed it. Both of the ladies were really nice and we had lots of laugh. The interview was based on my working experience and some general questions like why BMO and why personal finance department. It was a very sincere conversation, at least that's how I felt. One of the best interviews I've ever had. The next day, the manager from Edmonton emailed me and arranged for another interview with the investment councillor. Definitely a good experience and I learnt a lot from it.
