Questions all about pass experiences on sale and credit cards. Some questions on personal traits. My interview lasts 30 mins. she is very nice. This is a mass recruitment as I saw some other candiates waiting. At the end of the interview, the recruiter even gave me advices on talking to customers.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
