I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online and received an email from HR person and she followed up with a call but no phone screening straight to interview with Hiring manager.
The hiring manager I was supposed to see didn't come she sent another requirements manager to interview me. He didn't introduce himself properly to start with just asked about my previous job and what I did. Then another requirements manager joined him and she didn't introduce herself and start asking questions like what do I include within my requirements documents?
