I received an email the day after applying online requesting I complete an online digital interview. It was 5 questions, the first 3 were about availability and preferred location. It is a little awkward as you are answering the questions while watching yourself talk. Hard to do when you are not having an actual conversation with someone.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
