Interview
It started with a Phone call first. Then follows with a Technical interview like MS Windows Support, Support Microsoft Exchange, Troubleshooting for connectivity, Checking the status of Windows Update. Then comes interview with manager for Soft skills regading supporting customer, patience, listening to customer, making client aware of the process.
