Interview
First you receive a digital interview, then simulation test if everything goes well this leads to phone interview via email. Telephone interview last 20-30 mins. After phone interview this proceeds to face to face interview which last 30-45 mins a few days later you receive offer. Telephone interview was pretty much background and experience, and a few customer service based questions. The face to face interview consist of behavioural questions, situational based questions, and background/ experience.

The interview was great, just be ready to answer the questions so prepare yourself before your interview. It takes about 40 minutes. The questions are not difficult. The process for hiring take not too much time to back to you for answer.

Interview was smooth, interactive and customer service based questions were asked. Interviewer was polite and friendly, made me feel comfortable. She also asked if salary package is reasonable and explained the benefits as well
