I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group in Jan 2009
Interview
Firstly apply online and then wait for the recruiting company to contact you with the best time to conduct a phone interview. The phone interview primarily consists of behavioral based questions and some more personal type questions. Once the phone interview is complete, the interviewer will get back to you within a few days. That is when you find out if you were good enough for a face to face interview.
I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Two stage interview. One phone interview with HR, one in person interview with two branch managers. They ask about your sales and customer service history. Why BMO? etc. It was pretty straight forward. Must complete CSC or IFIC within 6 months of hire.
phone screening interview and then human resource phone behavioral skills interview and in the end branch manager interview. The timing is depending on their need and vary between one week to a month.
I applied online. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2021
Interview
The whole process took a few months. The pre screening was pretty easy. Then I had another two separate runs with two branch mangers from different branches. The sent me an oral offer at first. After I accepted the written offer, the HR sent me the background check invitation. It was smoothing overall.
