I applied through my schools website. They call me 2days later to set up an interview. I went to the interview, it lasted almost 1hour. They did most of the talking. Whenever I tried to make a comment I was brushed off and they would continue talking. The job description that they gave me and the job post wasn’t the same. The interview was all over the place and it didn’t make sense. I probably spoke 10minutes of the overall 1hour long interview. They told me that they are having trouble filling in the position. They have been searching for the ideal candidate for the past 5 months. To me this doesn’t make sense because what I applied for was an entry-level position. There are plenty of people out there that are more than capable of doing the job. So for them to tell me that they can’t find someone, it’s definitely a red flag.
