First impression - the web side for application submission is back from 90s. I have not seen such outdated and user-unfriendly web interface since years.
First round is a technical call for ~1 hour. This included a little software problem to be solved. Nothing stressful- the goal is to make a preliminary judgment if qualifications are appropriate.
The next step is an in-person on-site interview. This consists of ~2 hour technical discussion including a short presentation of candidate past experiences, discussion of various relevant topics and a hands-on programming test. Nothing outrageous.
The HR interview was a disaster. The interviewers found one my weakness and were pressing on it for the whole 1 hour discussion. This was total absurd. I was not given a choice to ask questions about work conditions. At the end of the meeting it was clear, that they are not going to send me an offer and that I would not want to work is such hostile environment.
In summary: wasted time.
