Went through three separate interviews with the first and last ones being phone screens with HR. The second was an in person interview with three fund accounting managers. Fairly easily and wanted to know about my job history and how you go about staying organized and prioritizing things.

he first interview was with managers, and the second with senior managers. They delved into various aspects including competencies, experiences, and situational concepts. Both interviews were thorough and provided a comprehensive understanding of what the role entails. The questions were thought-provoking and allowed me to showcase my skills effectively.

How do you stay organized and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced work environment?
Standard questions on fund lifecycle knowledge, informal chat about strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge of different fund structures asked also. How to deal with deadlines, difficult co workers, what motives you etc.

Behavioural interview, mostly competency based questions, easy going interview. Mostly evaluating real-world problem-solving skills and past experiences in a relaxed, conversational environment. Got ghosted afterwards, no phone call no email no feedback.
