Pre placement talk in college, online aptitude test in college, technical face to face in their office including programs too, technical+hr face to face in their office including programs too
A nice interview experience, two rounds one being HR (virtual) to assess behaviour stuff and one in person with the team. Second was a 30min run through CV and some questions about that.
I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
The selection involved in a multi-step process that lasted for about 3 months. It started with a short telephone screening interview, then a 45-minutes long Teams interview with the HR (very kind and helpful). After that, two more technical interview, the first with two colleagues of the team I would have worked with, and the last one with the managers.
The response arrived more than a month later the last interview.
