1st round interview with an Associate in the team; half about motivations & past internships (30min) and half about technical questions (30min) following by a case study of valuation and LBO (20min).
2nd interview to do an excel model of LBO.
3rd interview with a MD in the team.

Interview
First was 15 min behavioural questions and after 1h straight of technicals. The interview was with two associates from the Lisbon Office. Overall I enjoyed the interview, just think some questions were to specific, and maybe demanded for more experience
