I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview atmosphere was friendly yet professional. I thought the personnel rep was honest and straight forward. I interviewed with five people in two different locations (NYC and Jersey City) plus I interviewed with a human resources representative. I thought the offer was fair. The process took too long and dragged on for two months. The background check was very thorough.
