There are 3 stages in the interview process: an HR interview over the phone, an interview with a manager and finally an interview with the HR Business Line Partner and the hiring manager. Questions asked were typical of any job interview with an added emphasis on finding out more about a person's personality in situations of conflict or a person's working style
