Two stages, first round large focus on personal fit and basic technicals, second round mostly technicals but conversation flowed well, made me feel relatively comfortable, overall process felt more personal than other firms

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
