I was called by an interviewer 3 months after applying for the role. He asked me if he could make some questions related to my application and all seemed fair and easy. In the end of the phone call he said I would be getting feedback soon. Not one minute had passed and I received an email saying I wasn’t going to move forward on the recruitment process. What kind of ethic is this???

the interview process is composed by three steps, two calls with HR (first one to present the conditions, second to check if you agree to continue, one call with the manager.
